Terms and Conditions:

You may be regarded to accept the following conditions when you buy this SIM package:

-No return once it is sold
-Use before the expiry date
-The right of changing the charges rate is reserved by China-Hongkong Ltd.

In one of the following cases, China-Hongkong will not return or transfer the balance:

1. Overdue balance in the valid period
2. Recharge into wrong account
3. Charges used illegally
4. Balance in the lost recharge card

After expiry date, China-Hongkong Ltd has the right to withdraw all of the numbers.

China-Hongkong Ltd has the right to disconnect the number and will not return the balance in any case of or/ when it is considered to be breach of the regulations and law and illegal use.

The Final Interpretation Rights of the account balance/validity or awards are reserved by China-Hongkong Ltd.

Recharge

When your account balance close to zero or the expiry date is approaching, you need to recharge your card by purchasing the China Hong Kong Telecom Recharge Voucher or China Unicom Mobile Recharge Card in Guangdong province.

The recharge processes are as follow:

- Locate the PIN on the recharge voucher and scratch to reveal it.
- Make a call to the recharge center which is printed on the recharge voucher,

(China Hong Kong Telecom Recharge Vouchers are available at Circle K store, Vango store, Echarge, Talk Smart, Cyber Telecom and First International Resources Ltd (along the line of MTR Rail)

- Follow the voice prompt for recharging. Please hang up the phone only when you have got the confirmation. The recharge value will be added to your account immediately.

- Upon completion of recharge, a SMS alert will be sent to you. The value and the validity period of the recharge voucher will be added to your account.

Recharge by PPS: Please call 18013 to register your account number first (account number means your Hong Kong mobile number). Call 18033 to recharge, our merchant code is “9496”.

Recharge by Circle K store: Please go to our website www.china-hkt.com, click the “bills enquiry” and enter your Hong Kong mobile number, download the bills and print it out, brings to Circle K store to recharge.

*This card can be use in Hong Kong and Guangdong Province.
*When you use this card, please activate your mobile function of Caller number display.

Package

China-Hong Kong Telecom mobile pre-paid package includes one SIM card and user manual.
SIM card must be inserted into handset before making any call. The Hong Kong and China Mobile number is indicated at the back side of the SIM card.
Please keep the remaining part of the SIM as a proof of card ownership.

Service Activation

Simply make your first call to activate your card. This card is valid for 90 days from the day of activation. The SMS reminder will also be sent to your handset via SMS.

When you are in Guangdong province, you can use SMS (compose the eight digit HK number that you want to call), then select “Send” to 8521606 or 1606, our system will generation dial the long distance call to HK, the receiver will show your HK mobile when the call is connected, airtime charge as low as $0.40/min.

Recharge card validity

The validity is printed on Recharge Voucher. You must use it before its expiry date.

SIM card validity

You can use all the mobile services provided by China Hong Kong Telecom after activation of your SIM card.
Every time your Pre-paid SIM Card is recharged, the expiry date period and balance will be automatically extended and accumulated. The expiry date period accumulated no longer then 18 months.

The validity of a recharge card is different with different face values.

Report loss and re-activation

Change / Loss & Replacement

To get a new card with the same mobile number and the same remaining balance at the time the loss is reported, please bring your remaining SIM card to visit our Service Center for card replacement within the SIM card validity period.

For card replacement, customer will be required to pay $30 of the new card charge.
